Obama writes Blatter
The USA Bid for the 2018/2022 FIFA World Cup's™ biggest supporter, President Barack Obama, penned a letter to FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter. The letter wishes Blatter and FIFA "every success for the World Cup in South Africa in 2010."
President Obama wrote Blatter after the two met in the Oval Office on July 27 following the final of the CONCACAF Gold Cup. President Obama wrote:
